Refund policy

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience. If you have had any problems with a Nuyu product(s), please contact as soon as possible at inquiry@nuyucbd.com with your order number and description of the issue. From there we will do all we can to help. 

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. If a product arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, please contact us with photos of damaged product(s). We will happily send a replacement of the items on us. If you decide you do not want a replacement, the item can be returned for money back. To be eligible for a refund, all returned products must be in original condition, unused and in original packaging. The product must be returned and processed within the 30 days of receiving the order.  Please keep in mind, if you decide to return our product for your money back, you are required to pay shipping costs.

We will notify you via email upon receiving and inspecting the product. At that time, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, we will refund in full to your original form of payment.
